The Mandalorian - Alternative fan poster (Realistify) Puzzle pictures

About the project
This is an alternative poster for The Mandalorian, created as a personal project.
The goal was to reimagine the original illustrated puzzle artwork in a more realistic, cinematic style, while balancing both sides of the composition and enhancing the dramatic tension.
Process & Techniques
• Complete manual photobashing and matte painting (no AI).
• Character builds from multiple sources: for example, Din Djarin and the Dark Trooper were each assembled from 3 different photo parts.
• Fire effects created with more than 8 layered sources, combined with additional smoke, particles, and lighting passes.
• Final touches included global color grading and atmosphere layers to unify the composition.
Work time: ~40 hours
